This is one of our rental properties I managed the renovation of. We replaced the HVAC, flooring, electrical, painted the interior and exterior, and were able to restore the original rolled glass windows into working order.

I made a custom marble topped table for the kitchen 'island'. We renovated the bathroom on a budget using penny tile and a custom vanity to bring back some original charm to the space, and salvaged the historic parts of the home, like the original heart pine ceilings and claw foot tub. 
The final result brought us tons of qualified applicants and an amazing renter!
